Shipping policy

Where we deliver. We ship across Pakistan.

Delivery time. Orders are delivered within 3 to 4 working days of dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Payment. Payment is taken at checkout. Cash on delivery is not available.

Tracking. You will receive tracking details by email or WhatsApp once your parcel is on its way.

Delays. Occasionally couriers are delayed by weather, public holidays, or events outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the expected window, message us on WhatsApp at +923184574733 and we will follow it up.

Incorrect addresses. Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require a redelivery charge.
